Greeting from the East, things are really starting to ramp up. We are now taking reservations for the 125th Anniversary party. We have sent out nearly 250 invitations and the committee has been hard at work, putting together, what we hope, you think will be a great night.
By now you should have all received a postcard announcing a new date for our 125th Anniversary party. We decided to move the event to Sunday March 14th. Delaying the event was a hard decision, and I want to thank those members who laid the groundwork for this event, so we could move forward, WB Dave Hanson and WB Erv Moser, your work is greatly appreciated.
We have been working hard on the menu, program and entertainment for this evening. Please circle it on your calendar. More information will be coming to your mailbox in the very near future.
We have decided to postpone the date of our 125th Anniversary party.
The members felt we were did not have enough time to put together all of the functions required to have a party worthy of our 125th Anniversary.
You will be hearing much more about this, in the very near future.
December was a busy month. Not including all of the Holiday Parties, we had our Installation, (thanks to the Brothers from Compass Lodge for their hospitality), our first officers meeting of the year, and our normal Stated Communication. I want to thank everyone for attending the installation. I think it is important for the officers to know they have the support of their family and friends. Beside where else can you get blue cake?
